作為成都市中心第一高樓，建筑高度210米，重新刷新了成都市中心區(qū)域的天際線。豐德成達中心(FCC)建筑外觀呈現出經典雍容的氣質，以其獨樹一幟的建筑風格和中心區(qū)域第一高樓身份備受社會各界關注。

Chengdu is a city with stories, where traditional and modern life interacts with each other harmoniously.
As the tallest building in Chengdu’s downtown area, the 210-meter-high Fengde Chengda Center (FCC) has set a new record high in terms of building height in Chengdu’s downtown area. With classic and gracious appearance, it has attracted the attention from all walks of life thanks to its unique architectural style and its height (the tallest building in downtown area).

REGENERATION-TRANSFORMATION

我們希望室內設計與建筑能夠有一個溝通的橋梁。光恰好能夠成為溝通歷史與經典的紐帶，將線性的光與室內空間進行有機的結合，用光束的線性感描述空間結構。同時將光束與新古典建筑結合，并滿足現代、簡約、實用的設計要求。

We try to build a bridge between interior design and architecture. Finally we find light is just a very tie that could connect history and classics and combine light rays and interior space organically. The linear feelings of light beam are used for describing special structure. Light beam is also combined with neoclassical architecture to satisfy the modern simpleand practical design requirements.

INTEGRATION- INHERITANCE

整個設計在建筑風格的基礎上，保留建筑中的線條層次，現代的光束與經典的室內空間，有秩序地進行排列組合，產生了奇妙的化學反應。

The architectural sense of lines has been retained in design on the basis of ensuring the architectural style. The orderly combination of modern light beam and classic interior design generates magic effect.

 黑與白、縱與橫、冷與暖的強對比手法突破秩序維度，形成的反差給人提供直觀感受和聯想根據，生出夸張的視覺效果和強烈的感染力，增加空間的層次與趣味性。線性的光切進空間，是為亮點，用光束的線性感描述空間結構，以空間表達光的形狀，將光與新古典建筑相融合。

The strong contrast method, such as black and white colors, vertical and horizontal lines, cold and warm styles, etc. has broken through order dimensions and formed strong contrast to bring people intuitive feeling and imagination basis. The exaggerated visual effect and strong infection adds the sense of depth and fun of space. The linear ray enters the space, which is the highlight of design. Spatial structure is described with the linear feeling of light beam, the shape of light is interpreted with light and light is best combined with neoclassical architecture.

截止目前，由江河設計（JHD）設計的FCC豐德成達中心已斬獲多項國內外榮譽，并成為成都市地標級設計項目。

LEED全稱Leadership in Energy and EnvironmentalDesign，即“能源和環(huán)境設計先鋒”，由美國綠色建筑協會建立并于2003年開始推行。LEED認證是目前全球各類建筑綠色豐德成達中心(FCC)獲得此獎鉑金級認證，代表著江河設計在此項目的綠色環(huán)保工作上取得了卓越成就。環(huán)保以及可持續(xù)性評估標準中最完善、最有影響力的認證體系，有綠色建筑領域的“奧斯卡”的美譽，代表著綠色建筑和節(jié)能的最高行業(yè)標準，而鉑金級是LEED認證的最高級別，全世界僅有5%的LEED認證項目能夠獲此殊榮。

魯班獎代表了我國當代工程質量的最高水平，是中國建筑行業(yè)工程質量的最高榮譽獎。該獎項堅持“高標準、嚴要求、優(yōu)中選優(yōu)、寧缺毋濫”的原則，對申報工程規(guī)定了嚴格的評選條件，工程施工質量除了要符合國家和行業(yè)標準外，還必須達到全國同類工程的領先水平。FCC豐德成達中心由江河設計于2020年11月設計完工，于2020-2021年度榮膺中國建設工程魯班獎(國家優(yōu)質工程)。
